Its Lum from Urusei Yatsura in a somewhat famous pose
Origionaly wanted to watecolour paint this but cudn't find them
so i pencil shaded them, i have to thank
for this, traditional pencil shading would of ruined this but her style of colouring fit perfictly
The scan is terrible i know but i had to darken ti slightly to show the colours
